Evan Veryard
Managing Director
Evan has spent his career working with start-ups and early-stage public companies across a variety of industries including consumer goods, technology, financial media, among others. His experience spans corporate development, supply chain & logistics, and investor relations and includes a NASDAQ IPO, over $85M of capital raises, and overseeing the operations of international consumer brands.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from McGill University and a MASc of Chemical Engineering in the Field of Nuclear Engineering from RMC.
Outside of work, Evan is the founder and chairman of Focus Forward for Indigenous Youth, a charity that collaborates with Indigenous communities to offer culturally relevant skills development and training opportunities with the goal of empowering youth for future success.

Cameron Hanson
Associate
Cameron’s career has been spent performing high-level qualitative and quantitative research and corporate finance functions for start-ups and early-stage public companies. His experience in market research, due diligence, financial forecasting, and supply chain management has supported various acquisitions and corporate growth initiatives.
Cameron holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. During his time at university, he was Vice President of both Laurier Private Capital and Blockchain Laurier.
Cameron’s interests outside of his career aim to support several different charitable causes. Over the past years, he has worked with Run to Give Toronto to help raise funding for research into Pediatric Oncology, Addiction, and Mental Health. Additionally, he started and ran a charity music festival to support Healing of the Seven Generation, a First Peoples support organization.
